I had been working at late nights to fix some bugs in this website and add some features to ANN Lab website

Fixed :
>> Added pagination to comments
>> Added some missing wrapper <div class='row'></div>
>> fixed the empty $key=>$value pair in the testimonials array
>> home page only takes first 5 portfolio pages to show the three random testimonials
>> Added some Jquery effect to comment form and submitted comments

TODO :
>> Pagination of comments in wire
>> Pagination of testimonial site
